New Frontier Construction New Frontier Real Estate Development, Inc. and Harlem Irving Companies formed a joint venture partnership combining their real estate backgrounds. The joint venture has developed award-winning and nationally recognized retail and residential developments.

Pylon Construction After the death of Lawrence Haddad, Mr. Cellini retired his position. Today the firm is owned and operated by his son William, Jr. and his daughter Claudia Cellini.
