Cellini, Illinois’ first Secretary of Transportation and Haddad, who had background in federal and state housing programs, combined their talents to form a company serving large and small businesses with expertise in every facet of real estate--from development to management to investment.

With a portfolio of over two billion dollars in projects, New Frontier Real Estate Development, Inc. has a proven track record and over 20 years of success. Their development team has expertise in the financing and development of multi-family apartments, housing complexes, retail centers and commercial office buildings, as well as single-family residences and affordable and market-rate rental housing.

New Frontier Real Estate Development, Inc. and Harlem Irving Companies formed a joint venture partnership combining their real estate backgrounds. The joint venture has developed award-winning and nationally recognized retail and residential developments.

After the death of Lawrence Haddad, Mr. Cellini retired his position. Today the firm is owned and operated by his son William, Jr. and his daughter Claudia Cellini.
